PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform processing in real time with high accuracy, based on a captured image on the periphery of the own vehicle.SOLUTION: A camera device 1 includes a camera module for capturing in front of the own vehicle, generating a plurality of linear images where the relation of the output pixel value is constant for the luminance, as the captured image, and in a predetermined mode, further generating a HDR(High Dynamic Range) image where the relation of output pixel value for the luminance depends on the luminance region, based on these linear images, a control circuit board for executing a plurality of types of operation relevant processing based on the captured image, a housing 114 for housing the camera module and control circuit board, a bracket 12 for fixing the housing 114 to the front glass of the own vehicle, and a hood 13 placed to cover the camera module.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
