PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator unit capable of effectively enhancing a rust resistance function and a corrosion resistance function with a simple configuration without inviting a large increase in a production cost and a motor-operated valve including the same.SOLUTION: At least part of an inner peripheral surface of each magnetic pole tooth 56 disposed annually on the inner peripheral side of a yoke 51 is coated with a mold resin 55, which is molded at an outer periphery of the yoke 51 and a stator coil 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
