PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control apparatus, a call control system and a call control method capable of continuing call processing at occurrence of a fault even when a use rate of a source is high.SOLUTION: The call control apparatus includes: an acquisition unit for respectively acquiring resource use rates from a plurality of call processing devices; an allocation unit for allocating call processing to respective call processing devices on the basis of the resource use rates; a detection unit for detecting faults of the call processing devices; an instruction unit for making takeover sources and takeover destinations of call processing to correspond to respective call processing devices so that the takeover source and the takeover destination are respectively different and instructing each call processing device to take over the call processing from the other call processing device on the basis of the correspondence relation. The allocation unit restricts allocation of the call processing to a predetermined call processing device so that a resource for performing call processing taken over to the predetermined call processing device is secured. The instruction unit, when a fault occurs in a certain call processing device, instructs takeover of call processing so that the takeover is successively repeated from the predetermined call processing device between a plurality of call processing devices until the call processing of the faulted call processing device is taken over.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
