An edge bending machine for furniture materials is provided to prevent the occurrence of burr and quickly remove extra sheet by scissoring a sheet to the thickness direction with a movable blade. In an edge bending machine for furniture materials, a leading end surplus sheet remover(70) effectively scissors the leading end surplus sheet with a movable blade by slanting a bottom(74c) of a blade plate(74) toward the operating direction of the movable blade. The blade plate is slanted by angle of 3° against the furniture materials and cuts obliquely the leading end surplus sheet. A rear end surplus remover effectively scissors the rear end surplus sheet with a movable blade by slanting the bottom of the blade plate toward the operating direction of the movable blade. The blade plate is slanted by angle of 3° against the furniture materials and cuts obliquely the rear end surplus sheet. |
