REACTOR FOR MANUFACTURING ALKALI METAL ALKOXIDE

A reactor for the preparation of alkali metal alkoxide is provided to generate methanol steam through a condenser and restrict generation of a high temperature through a chiller. A reactor for the preparation of alkali metal alkoxide includes an alcohol inlet(12), a caustic alkali inlet(13), a cooler(14), a condenser(15), a basket(20) and a checking window(21). Alcohol and the caustic alkali are injected through the alcohol inlet the caustic alkali inlet. Alkali metal-alkoxide is manufactured with a mixer(11) by reacting the alcohol and the caustic alkali. The cooler is installed to control heat. The condenser is mounted on an upper part of the reactor to prevent vaporization of the alcohol. The caustic alkali is collected in the basket. The checking window is installed on outer side of the reactor to check reaction of the caustic alkali.
