<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double packaging case whose inside box is easily opened by a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: An inside box 10 has an insertion piece for regulating the opening of a lid at the side face top end superimposed on the insertion part of the lid. An outside box 20 has a backward folding part 24 formed of a notch line covering a flap and the side face top end superimposed on the insertion piece.
