<p>PURPOSE: To hold the wt. of an object and the speed of a parison to target values by regulating the speed of an extruder and a material distribution function in the operation of a molding machine and the extruder so as to substantially hold the wt. of an object and the speed of the produced parison to target values. CONSTITUTION: The present bottle wt. and the speed of a parison 30 are combined to compare different options given by formula I and the regulation becoming the min. difference is selected. Therefore, when the present bottle wt. and the speed of the parison 30 are w0 and v0, a set (wi, vi) (wherein i is 0,...4) having the min. error is determined and the error is represented by formula II (whereinαandβare a normalized constant).
