<p>PURPOSE: To simply manufacture a translucent resin molding having a deep rift pattern by providing a colored layer having the rift pattern on the rear surface of a translucent base material layer of a cured thermosetting resin composition in which a rift pattern imparting material is dispersed. CONSTITUTION: A translucent base material sheet 11' made of thermosetting resin composition containing rift pattern imparting material is charged in a press mold 2 having an upper mold 21 and a lower mold 22, mold-clamped, thermally press molded, and then the mold is opened to obtain a translucent base material layer 11". Then, the rear surface of the layer 11" is coated with colored layer forming material 12' having a rift pattern, again mold-clamped, thermally press molded, and then the mold is opened to a translucent resin molding 1. The thermosetting resin includes, unsaturated polyester resin, or vinyl ester resin. The rift pattern imparting material includes polyester resin like multi-colored gelcoat, cured material of acrylic resin, mica or flake.</p> |
