摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To automatically and accurately detect abnormality in a molding process with a simple means. CONSTITUTION: A delivery table 7 attached outside of each section of a molding part is provided with infrared sensors 10a,10b each composed of a lens unit 17, an optical fiber 14 and a light receptor 15 to detect the infrared rays emitted from the delivered bottles 11, 11. The output of each of infrared sensors 10a, 10b is amplified with an amplifier unit 12 and inputted to an abnormality detection apparatus 5. A controlling apparatus 4 outputs a gob charge confirmation signal and a gob charge indication signal to a gob charging part and a delivery control signal to a bottle-delivering arm mechanism to control each part. The apparatus 4 also outputs similar signals also to the abnormality detection apparatus 5. The abnormality detection apparatus 5 detects the occurrence of abnormality in the molding process by the output timing of these control signals and the detection signals transmitted from the infrared sensors 10a, 10b and outputs an abnormality detection signal to the controlling apparatus 4.</p>
