<p>PURPOSE: To provide both a method for air conditioning of an automatic koji preparing apparatus mainly useful for brewing and a device. CONSTITUTION: In this automatic Koji (maltedrice) preparing apparatus comprising a single or plural Koji culturing beds in a chamber consisting of heat insulating walls, a KOJI temperature ideal with the lapse of time in Koji preparation (hereinafter abbreviated as set Koji temperature) is set in each Koji culture bed. A temperature in the chamber ideal with the lapse of time in Koji preparation (hereinafter abbreviated as a set temperature in the chamber) is set in one point or in each culture bed. In a state in which a measured Koji temperature of each Koji culture bed is higher than a temperature obtained by adding a fixed value (KHn: KH1<KH2<...<KHn<...) to the set Koji temperature, a temperature in the chamber obtained by subtracting a fixed value (RLn: RL1<RL2<...<RLn<...) from the set temperature in the chamber is used as a lower limit. The temperature in the chamber is dropped until a measured KOJI temperature is lowered to a temperature obtained by adding a fixed value (KHn-1) to the set Koji temperature. In a state in which the measured Koji temperature is lower than a temperature obtained by subtracting a fixed value (KLn: KL1<KL2<...<KLn<...) from the set Koji temperature, a temperature in the chamber obtained by adding a fixed value (RHn: RH1<RH2<...<RHn<...) to the set temperature in the chamber is used as an upper limit. The temperature in chamber is raised until a measured Koji temperature is raised to a temperature obtained by subtracting a given value (KLn-1) from the set Koji temperature.</p> |
