PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contemplate rationalization on the conventional winding process, and the primary and the secondary coil assembling processes in an independent ignition type engine ignition coil device. SOLUTION: A center core 1, a secondary bobbin 2, a secondary coil 3, a primary bobbin 4, a primary coil 5, etc., are contained in a coil case 6 of the ignition coil device, and this ignition coil device is used by directly connecting to each ignition plug. The secondary bobbin 2 and the secondary coil 3 are arranged inside the primary bobbin 4, and a relative swivel stopping means is provided on the above-mentioned two bobbins 2 and 4. A head 2A of the secondary bobbin 2 is protruded from the upper end of the primary bobbin 4, and a coil terminal 18, which performs an additional function as the first and the second coils for the purpose of connecting one end of the primary coil and one end of the secondary coil to a power source, and a primary coil terminal 19, to be used to connect the other end of the primary coil to the driving element of an ignition control, are provided on the head 2A. |
