<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode efficiently inhibiting the decomposition of an organic electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: The positive electrode includes a positive electrode current collector, and a positive electrode layer which is formed on the positive current collector and contains a positive electrode active material and a decomposition inhibitor that inhibits the decomposition of an organic electrolyte.
