PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate document preparation by automatically making a conversion check on character input and embedding it in a fixed document form. SOLUTION: The document format generating device reads an object document 1 with a scanner 3 (document image reader), codes it in a document format generating process part 4, and then analyzes the document format in a field information analysis part 5 to extract a field and analyze its attribute. A data automatic conversion part 6 makes a conversion check on data inputted by a user, field by field, for proper character size, a position, a character kind, and a font matching attribute information and embeds the data. |
