<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify waste water from a kitchen by allowing the waste water to flow to a fat and oil decomposition filter tank, filtering the fats and oils and organic residues with a filter, and decomposing with microorganisms while the fats and oils and the organic residues stuck to and residue on a fat and oil adsorbent are stirred together with a microorganism growing agent. SOLUTION: The waste water incorporating the fats and oils flows in a first filter tank 2 from a sink, and when it arrives at a sensor 35, a pump 15 works and the water is filtered with the filter 3 by a sucking pressure, and enters a secondary filter tank 12 via the pump 15, a solenoid valve 19. The waste water is further filtered with a cartridge filter 13 by a transfer water pressure of the pump 15, entering a final filter tank 14 and discharged. In the first filter tank 2, microorganisms for organic matter decomposition and microorganism for fat and oil decomposition and the fat and oil adsorbent are properly mixed and present in and when the water level drops until the sensor 7, the pump 15 stops and, a blower 24, a heater 23 and an agitation plate 3 start to work, and the organic matter residues and the animal and vegetable fats and oils etc., in the first filter tank 2 are decomposed.</p> |
