Sighting device for alignment with marks on a ball

A sighting aid for indicating to a player movement of the player's head during a swing of a golf club has a ball with marks or a projection thereon and a sight mark laterally spaced from the ball. The ball is placed on a seat 24 or tee 12 with the ball markings/projection and the sight means 25 fig 5/20a, 21 fig 7 aligned such that they are both visible to the player addressing the ball, the alignment giving the indication to the player of any head movement. The sight means may be in registry with a tee (fig 4) or attachable to it (figs 1-3). The sight means may be a projection of a tee (fig 5), a freestanding mirror (fig 10), a mirror attached to a mat (fig 8), or lines on a mat (fig 8). A weight is preferably placed on the club to give guide assistance to the swing.
