<p>PURPOSE:To let the title flooring have sufficient load-resistant performance even if a stone quality material having thin thickness dimensions is used, by a method wherein the flooring is manufactured by sticking a ligneous sheet material and stone quality sheet material mutually contacting onto a base without spoiling a stone quality tone possessed by the stone quality sheet material. CONSTITUTION:A ligneous sheet material 2 is stuck to a circumferential end part of a base 1. A dummy 4 is arranged in the recessed part 3 for arranging a stone material formed by being surrounded by the ligneous sheet material 2. A coating is applied to the whole of the top of the ligneous sheet material 2 including the dummy 4. After drying of a coat layer 5, the dummy 4 is removed and a stone quality sheet material 6 is stuck to the building stone arranging recessed part 3 for arranging the stone quality sheet where the coat layer 5 is not provided. At the time of forming of the coat layer 5, the coat layer 5 can be formed on only the top of the ligneous material 2 without providing the coat layer 5 in the recessed place 3 for the stone sheet. Sticking of the stone quality sheet material 6 to the recessed part 3 by an adhesive agent can be performed reliably. Flooring can be manufactured by sticking mutually contacting the ligneous sheet material and stone quality sheet material 6 onto the base 1 without spoiling stone quality tone which is possessed by the stone quality sheet material 6. Sufficient load-resistant performance where a crack or a fracture are not generated even if a thickness of the stone quality sheet material 6 is made thin can be available.</p> |
