PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite magnetic sheet having good roll detachability when it is manufactured by a kneading and rolling method, high permeability, a small thickness change when it is heated, and the fire retardancy of a V-0 level of the UL94 standard. SOLUTION: This composite magnetic sheet is a rolled sheet of a kneaded material composed of flat soft magnetic powder and a binder, and the flat magnetic powder has an orientation in the direction along the plane of the rolled sheet, and the binder is composed of 20-70 mass% of acrylic rubber and 30-80 mass% of a non-polar polymer component such as non-halogen NBR, SBR and EPDM.
