PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an air volume by suppressing an increase in the depth of a rack and preventing the protrusion of a front side door even if a unit for atmosphere conditioning is mounted on the rack for under-floor conditioning. SOLUTION: Air is taken in from an intake port 31 at the lower part of a duct 30 provided between a position where an onboard unit 20 is mounted and the side plate of a rack 10, and exhausted to the front side of the onboard unit 20 from a duct opening 33 provided near a position where the onboard unit 20 is mounted. The intake port 31 is provided with an intake fan 32. The duct opening 33 is aligned with the mounting position of the onboard unit 20. The duct 30 may be constituted of a partition inside the rack 10 and the side plate of the rack 10, otherwise the duct 30 of a single unit may be installed inside the rack 10.
