The storage has a gas treating device including a gas pressure tank internally filled with air through a compressor (14). The compressor compresses the air, which dissipates heat to a thermo-chemical storage. A heat exchanger is arranged in the pressure tank for heating up industrial water. A solar thermal plant generates current from sun exposure, and co-generation unit generates the current from thermal energy of the heat exchanger.
