<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device which reduces the amount of electric power consumption and improves the quality of addition functions, such as image processing and music reproduction. <P>SOLUTION: The communication terminal device has a transmission and receiving means for transmitting or receiving signals containing voice signals or image signals, a decode processing means for decoding signals received by the transmission and receiving means, a first control circuit which controls the transmission and receiving means and the decode-processing means, a second control circuit which processes image signals outputted from the decode processing means, a first electric power supplying means for supplying electric power to the first control circuit, and a second electric power supplying means for supplying electric power to the second control circuit. When the communication terminal device is not operated for a specified time interval or longer, the second electric power supplying means will decrease electric power supply to the second control circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
