<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-oxidizing composition which has an excellent comprehensive nutrient balance and can suppress active oxygen as a cause for adult diseases and life-style-related diseases to contribute to the maintenance/improvement of health, and to provide a food/medicine/cosmetic containing the same as a secondary product. <P>SOLUTION: This highly functional anti-oxidizing composition is obtained by mixing unpolished rice flour, powder obtained by drying soybean milk or bean curd lee-containing soybean soup, or their mixture with a minus hydrogen ion-adsorbed coral calcium powder.
