A form panel is provided to cut down on maintenance expenses by coupling and separating a plate and a frame freely and to couple a plate and a frame made of different materials repeatedly at need. A form panel comprises a rectangular metal plate(11), many coupling members(12) coupled with each other at inner ends to stand up at the backside of the metal plate, a metal frame(13) adhered closely to the backside of the metal plate, provided with many through holes(H) to penetrate each coupling member and coupled with many reinforcement members(13A), and many fastening members(14) coupled to the outer end of each coupling member penetrating the through hole of the metal frame to be separable, wherein the plate is manufactured with a steel and the frame is manufactured with aluminum alloys.
