A mounting structure of a power amplifier and a fuel saving device of an engine is provided to prevent a joint pipe being broken away from a body by mounting a securing clip having the resilient force to the body. A mounting structure of a power amplifier and a fuel saving device of an engine comprises: a body(100) having a joint pipe installation groove located a part of the outer circumference; a joint pipe(200) assembled through the joint pipe installation groove in the body; and a securing clip(300) catching the joint pipe inserted in the body. The securing clip includes: a supported foot(310) of both sides becoming open flexibly; and a pipe fixing groove(330) located in the both sides supported foot.
