PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head design support method, etc. capable of improving design efficiency and development efficiency independently of a difference of engine injection types between a direct injection type and a suction port injection port in designing a cylinder head by using three-dimensional CAD software or the like. SOLUTION: The cylinder head design support method comprises: a common portion selection step for selecting portions having common specifications independently of a difference of injection types between the direction injection type and the suction port injection type; a different portion selection step for dividing portions (combustion rooms, suction ports and injectors) having different specifications in accordance with the direct injection type and the suction port injection type as units and selecting portions according to each injection type from these portions; and a cylinder head model setting step for setting a cylinder head model of the engine of the direction injection type or the engine of the suction port injection type on the basis of the portions selected by the common portion selection step and the portions selected by the different portion selection step.
