摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative system that can more precisely estimate a cutting edge locus and machined surface conditions during machining. SOLUTION: The system comprises a profile measurement means for measuring a three-dimensional shape of a cutting tool to create profile data on the cutting edge of the cutting tool, a rotational deflection measurement means for measuring a rotational deflection of the cutting tool during the rotation of the cutting tool on a machining apparatus to create rotational deflection locus data on the axial center of the cutting tool, and a simulation means for simulating the locus of the tip of the cutting edge of the cutting tool during machining according to the profile data created by the profile measurement means and the rotational deflection locus data created by the rotational deflection measurement means.
