A party effect generator is provided, which increases the beauty of outlook, induces natural jet of the vaporized dry ice, and makes dramatic performance possible. A party effect generator comprises: a main body(200) equipped with a vaporizing device and a water supplier; an inner tube in which the bottom is connected to the water supplier and which guides the water in the upper side of the body and ejects the water; an outer tube for squirting the vaporized dry ice; a rim(500) in which the water ejected through the inner tube is not flowed out; a supporting plate(700) in which a plurality of support bars are installed at the upper side of the main body and a plurality of discharge holes for ejecting the water is intermittently formed; a cup(800) which is placed while avoiding the discharge hole; and a discharging cup for ejecting the water to the cup settled in the supporting plate. |
