PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of preventing malfunction on the control caused by the electrical variation of loads occurring in the process of the play. SOLUTION: The game machine comprises a first control circuit including a first CPU to be operated for the game control; a first control board mounting the first control circuit; a second control circuit including a second CPU to be operated for the game control; a second control board mounting the second control circuit; and a power generating circuit for generating prescribed electric power. The first control board has a power distribution circuit to distribute the electric power fed from the power generating circuit to the second control circuit on the second control board.
