PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional object processor, a three-dimensional object processing method and a three-dimensional object processing program, allowing more effective materialization of arbitrary designation of an attitude of the earth by a user and interpretation of the world from experience by interaction from a new viewpoint, recognition of difference between a map and the real world, or the like. SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional object wherein a sphere or a spheroid are expressed by a plurality of polygons, after projecting a vertex position expressed by latitude and longitude onto a circular cylinder, a polygon intersecting the central axis of the circular cylinder among the plurality of polygons is extracted, and latitude and longitude of an intersection point between the extracted polygon and the central axis of the circular cylinder are specified. A development display means developing the circular cylinder and making it to be displayed in a plane develops the circular cylinder by use of the latitude and the longitude of the intersection point to all points on an upper side or a lower side dividing a rectangular plane that is a reference, and makes the plane to be displayed.
