SLOP FEED PRODUCING METHOD AND A PLANT FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD

The invention relates to agriculture. The inventive slop feed producing method involves the preparation of humic acids and humates from peat and brown coal, combined feed from fodder grains and grain processing waste and liquid feed from raw vegetable matter, by cavitational dispersion and the mixture of all the components thereof. The humic acids and humates are prepared by cavitational dispersion in an aqueous alkali solution and by the subsequent production of the humates by adding hydroxides and sodium and potassium carbonates and by the cavitational dispersion thereof to the temperature of mixture of up to 80-90°C and the grain processing waste to the temperature of mixture of up to 60-80°C. The inventive slop feed producing plant comprises a line for preparing the humic acids and humates which consists of a doser, a belt conveyor, a mixer, a cavitation dispergator and a finished product tank, a line for preparing combined feed from fodder grains and grain processing waste (a doser, a belt conveyor, a mixer, a cavitation disperser) and a line for preparing liquid feed from raw vegetable matter (a doser,a belt conveyor, a breaker, a magnetic iron separator, a mixer, a cavitation disperser and a final product tank), a combined mixer, a screw conveyor and a tank for storing finished product.
