The device has six arms (3) disposed on a rotating table (2), where each arm comprises a mandrel (4) and two clips (5). A sheet loader moves a flexible sheet to the clips when the clips are opened. A sonotrode descends and is pressed against the mandrel around which the sheet is wound, to weld the sheet in order to form a tubular body of a package, when the clips are closed. A cam pushes a part of the body from the mandrel. |
