PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric energy analyzer capable of enhancing the effect of suppressing reverse power flow to a power distribution system, and to provide an electric energy analytical method, and an electric energy analysis program.SOLUTION: An electric energy analyzer has an acquisition unit, and an analyzer. The acquisition unit acquires electric energy data, representing the subtraction result of the electric energy purchased to a power distribution system from the electric energy received therefrom, for each user including a power generation unit. The analyzer calculates a first reverse power flow, that is the reverse electric energy flow from a plurality of users, on the basis of the electric energy data, calculates a second reverse power flow when synthesizing the chargeable and dischargeable amount of the storage battery to the electric energy data, assuming that the storage battery is installed at a desired place of a power distribution system, and determines a reverse power flow suppression amount, i.e., the difference of the first and second reverse power flows, for each installation place of the storage battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
