When the residual pressure at the hydrogen fuel automobile M1 is high, its charging amount is less and the charging can be carried out within a short period of time. Accordingly, as for the hydrogen fuel automobile M1, a fast hydrogen charging assuring a superior fast charging function can be performed through a pressure differential charging. In addition, if the residual pressure in the hydrogen fuel automobile M2 is equal to or less than a prescribed set threshold, hydrogen in which pressure has been already increased at the second pressure increasing part 4 is directly charged at a hydrogen fuel automobile M2. When the residual pressure at the hydrogen fuel automobile M2 is low, it is necessary to keep a large amount of hydrogen for charging and perform longer hour charging operation.
