The present invention provides a portable testing apparatus, which comprises: an indentation tester including a housing within which a motor and a control unit are installed, an indenter vertically moving by the motor, a fixation bracket formed at an end of the housing and an ultrasonic wave thickness measurement unit coupled to the housing to measure the thickness of an object under test by ultrasonic waves; a surface testing and electrolytic polishing device including a housing within which a motor and a control unit are installed, a screw shaft rotating by the motor, a cylinder holding a ball nut coupled to the screw shaft and coupled to a slider, several guide members having an upper end coupled to the housing and a lower end coupled and fixated to a base plate, the slider which the guide members are penetrated through and coupled to and which vertically moves along the guide members with the cylinder when the motor is driven, and a surface tester and an electrolytic polisher coupled to the slider to vertically move with the slider; and a fixation device including a tester coupling unit having a rectangular box shape and seating and fixating the indentation tester or the surface tester and the electrolytic polisher on an upper surface and a horizontal movement unit on which an upper bed and a lower bed coupled to one side of the tester coupling unit are vertically stacked and coupled for enabling the tester coupling unit to be moved on a plane and which is provided with a guide rail composed of a protrusion part and a groove part corresponding to each other on a coupling portion. The present invention enables a user to operate the indentation tester, the ultrasonic wave thickness measurement unit, the surface tester and the electrolytic polisher for the object under test in various industrial fields such as in mechanical, construction and chemical industries irrespective of test places, thereby reducing costs and processes. |
