The present invention provides a multi-stage transmission for a vehicle, realizing at least 10-speed and 1-reverse speed through the relatively small number of components and a simple configuration. Therefore, the multi-stage transmission for a vehicle can maximize improvement of fuel efficiency of a vehicle through optimal driving point operation of an engine, and can improve quietness of the vehicle since the engine is more quietly operated.
