摘要 The present invention relates to a method for producing a composite material for a filament winding pipe and a method for producing a filament winding pipe through the same. More specifically, a reaction adjusting agent is added and mixed in a resin and a peroxide used as a polymerization initiator, and the reaction adjusting agent is evenly distributed in the resin and the peroxide at 60°C or lower, so polymerization is fundamentally prevented. Once a temperature exceeds 60°C, polymerization is initiated, and a temperature of a mixed resin is constantly maintained at approximately 40°C irrespective of season. At the same time, polymerization is prevented, and viscosity of a resin is decreased, so immersion with a reinforcement fiber is promoted and a defection caused by workability and an immersion defection may be minimized. Also, an inconvenient process, a second hardening process, and the like are excluded, wherein the inconvenient process include molding a product into a particular thickness, cooling the product, sanding the surface of the product, and recovering and molding the product, which are performed to prevent the product from having defection such as a crack or peeling caused by thermal contraction occurring due to high heat generated when a thick molding material is molded through a conventional method. Accordingly, a procedure is quickened, and productivity and merchantability of a product are improved.
