The present invention relates to a hole processing method and a jig device therefor, capable of processing a long hole without a diametric deviation in the hole. According to the present invention, the jig device, fixing a processing object when drilling the processing object, includes: a fixing part combining and fixing an end part of the processing object; a sub fixing part staying away from the fixing part in a longitudinal direction of the processing object, and combining and fixing the other end part of the processing object; and an operating part delivering rotational force to the fixing part to rotate the fixing part, the sub fixing part, and the processing object at the same time.
