A method for manufacturing a dilating catheter of a drug balloon, and a coiled balloon having flaps. The preparation method comprises the following steps: folding a balloon (S210) to form n flaps , and coiling each flap to form an arc structure, and making an acute angle ranging from 30°to 75°, formed by a tangent line connected by midpoints of arcs where two adjacent flaps are located, so as to obtain the coiled balloon having flaps, n being an integer greater than or equal to 2; coating a drug solution on the external surface of the coiled balloon having flaps, and performing drying to obtain the coiled balloon having flaps and coated with a drug (S220); wrapping, by using a flexible material, the coiled balloon having flaps and coated with drugs, then coiling each flap, removing the flexible material and performing sterilization, so as to obtain the dilating catheter of a drug-coated balloon (S230). The dilating catheter of a drug-coated balloon, obtained by using the manufacturing method, has relatively high drug delivery efficiency. |
