1. A composition capable of being injected through a syringe without clogging for delivering cells to tissue in need of repair, comprising:
a semi-solid hydrogel comprising cells evenly distributed throughout the hydrogel made by: i) mixing transglutaminase and 4-20% gelatin (w/v) for less than an hour such that a semi-solid hydrogel occurs; and ii) adding cells to the semi-solid mixture obtained in step i), such that the composition is capable of being injected through a syringe without clogging. |
