FISH WAY WATER MAINTAIN VOLUME OR WATER SPEED SLOW DOWN INTERMITTENT MOVE OPEN CLOSE INSTALLATION SIPHON FISH WAY AND INSTALLATION METHOD

A siphon fish way having an intermittently operating opening/closing device and an installation method thereof are provided to reduce the loss of water stored in a dam or underwater reservoir and to help underwater creatures or fishes move to the upstream/downstream in a dam or river. A siphon fishway comprises a transparent window(8) for observation of underwater creature or fishes and temperature rise of fish decoying water; an upper opening/closing unit(9) which adjusts the flux of an internal cavity(11), having a through hole(17) for supply of the fish decoying water and dissolved oxygen; a lower opening/closing unit(10) which located apart from the upper opening/closing device; and a cylindrical integrated opening/closing device(5) which is mounted on the upstream(6) or downstream(7) of the siphon fishway. While the fishway function preservative water flows from a top inlet(2) of the fishway to a bottom water outlet(3), the fishway opening/closing device intermittently operates so that the fishway function preservative water is repeatedly delayed or stopped inside the fishway.
