PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component conveyance device and an electronic component inspection device with which it is possible to increase the number of electronic components conveyed per unit time.SOLUTION: An electronic component conveyance device comprises a conveyance unit capable of arranging a plurality of electronic components and conveying the same, a supply grasping unit capable of grasping the plurality of electronic components and arranging the same in the conveyance unit, and a supply recovery grasping unit for grasping the plurality of electronic components and supplying and recovering the same, the electronic component grasping pitch of the supply grasping unit being adjusted to be the same as the electronic component grasping pitch of the conveyance unit, the electronic component grasping pitch of the supply recovery grasping unit being larger than the electronic component grasping pitch of the conveyance, the supply grasping unit arranging the plurality of electronic components in the conveyance unit, the supply recovery gasping unit removing the plurality of electronic components from the conveyance unit separately in multiple operations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
