PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel to which various characteristics such as antiglare property can be imparted and which can prevent glare in image light of a super-high definition display element having a pixel density of 300 ppi or more.SOLUTION: The touch panel has an optical sheet as a structural member and is used on a front surface of a display element having a pixel density of 300 ppi or more. The optical sheet has a concavo-convex pattern on a surface thereof and the concavo-convex pattern satisfies the following conditions (1) and (2). (1) When the surface of the concavo-convex pattern is divided into 64 μm square measurement regions to obtain a three-dimensional arithmetic average roughness SRa in each measurement region, followed by calculating a standard deviation σof the three-dimensional arithmetic average roughness in the whole measurement regions, σis 0.050 μm or less: and (2) when the surface of the concavo-convex pattern is divided into 64 μm square measurement regions to obtain a three-dimensional arithmetic average roughness SRa in each region, followed by calculating an average SRaof the three-dimensional arithmetic average roughness in the whole measurement regions, SRais 0.100 μm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
