Provided is an apparatus for performing neuro feedback. The apparatus for performing neuro feedback according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a significant connectivity threshold setting unit and a cerebrum network analysis unit. The significant connectivity threshold setting unit may set significant connectivity thresholds for determining whether a functional connectivity between brain wave signals of each pair of channels has signification based on a functional connectivity index between brain waves of a plurality of channels detected while a user rests. The cerebrum network analysis unit deducts a functional connectivity pattern between a plurality of brain wave signals based on significant connectivity thresholds and functional connectivity indexes between brain wave signals of a plurality of channels detected while a brain of the user is active, and may calculate a cerebrum active index in which a cerebrum network performance is quantified from the deducted functional connectivity pattern.
