The present invention relates to a location information providing system using an information communication apparatus. More specifically, the location information providing system using an information communication apparatus expands a conventional GPS-based navigation system using only a terminal including a subsystem loaded in a vehicle and an integrated parking lot information management system which is a main server to manage parking in a parking lot which GPS information does not reach, is improved to construct a nationwide parking management system controlled under management of a single main server instead of individual parking management systems, and allows a server composing the integrated parking lot information management system to increase a fireproof level of an embedded housing and maintain the housing in a clean and cool state to prevent system degradation.
