The present invention relates to a level shifter circuit, a pulse width modulation control circuit and an LED string power control circuit using the same. According to the present invention, the level shifter circuit is composed of a simple circuit including: a low voltage PWM signal driving circuit which is operated at a low voltage and converts a low voltage PWM control signal into a low voltage PWM signal; a coupling capacitor which is installed between an output terminal of the low voltage PWM signal driving circuit and a control node; a first diode (D1) which is installed between the control node and a high voltage (V_DDH) applying terminal in parallel; and a first resistor (R1).
