PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small receiving circuit capable of achieving low power consumption.SOLUTION: A receiving circuit comprises a local signal generating circuit 30 which generates a local signal, and a test signal generating circuit 40 which generates a test signal having a frequency fapproximate to a frequency fof the local signal. The test signal generating circuit further comprises: an oscillator 41 which generates a test signal; a mixer 42 which generates a low frequency signal which is a difference signal between the local signal and an output of the oscillator by mixing the local signal and the output of the oscillator; a phase comparator 43 which detects a phase difference between the low frequency signal output by the mixer and a reference signal Refd; and a filter 44 which extracts a low frequency component from an output of the phase comparator. The receiving circuit controls an oscillation frequency of the oscillator on the basis of an output of the filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
