The present invention pertains to: a non-aqueous electrolyte in which a lithium salt is dissolved in an organic solvent, wherein the non-aqueous electrolyte is characterized by containing (A) at least one compound represented by general formula (1), and (B) at least one compound having two or more groups selected from vinyl groups, allyl groups, and propargyl groups in the molecule; and a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell in which the non-aqueous electrolyte is used. In the non-aqueous electrolyte, the (B) component is preferably a compound in which the equivalent weight of ethylenically and acetylenically unsaturated bonds is 150 or less.
