FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed system is designed to move whatever working tool from one position into another. It incorporates a pressure source allowing generating working medium at pneumatic pressure, a control valve communicating with said source via the first air duct, cylinder-piston device with working chamber communicating via the second air duct with the said control valve and, wherein, the low-pressure chamber communicates, via the third air duct, with the one side of connection device, while the other side communicates with the fourth air duct with the said pressure source. The said connection device represents a unit communicating with the cylinder-piston device but is isolated from the latter.
