A liquid type slurry stirrer having a pumping function is provided to remove foam generating while mixing the mixture in the fluid by generating the whirlpool in a stirring storing tank. A liquid type slurry stirrer having a pumping function comprises: a stirring storing tank(100) having a parasitic formation plates(110) in the inner side; a drive motor(200) installed at the center of upper part of a supporting cover(150), closing an entrance of the stirring storing tank; an underwater pump(210) installed at the bottom side of the supporting cover; an ascension pipe(220) increasing the fluid pumped with a water pump to the upper of the supporting cover; an exhaust line installed to be protruded in the upper of the supporting cover to be connected to the outside; a distribution pipe(240) branched from an exhaust line, connected to the bottom side of the supporting cover, arranged in the circumference of the ascension pipe; a bent portion(251) whose end tip is bent toward one side direction with having whirlpool, extended to the bottom side from the distribution pipe; and a distribution member having a plurality of injection pipes(250).
