PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic, enabling impregnability of a thermoplastic resin to be improved.SOLUTION: The method for producing a carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic is provided that includes: a step of sticking a sizing agent which is any one of ammonia, hydrazine and amine onto the surface of a carbon fiber constituting a carbon fiber bundle; a step of bringing a thermoplastic resin into contact with a surface of the carbon fiber bundle to which the sizing agent is stuck; a step of impregnating the inside of the carbon fiber bundle with the thermoplastic resin by heating and compressing the carbon fiber bundle with the thermoplastic resin contacts, and heating the thermoplastic resin by reaction of the thermoplastic resin and the sizing agent; and a step of cooling the carbon fiber bundle impregnated with the thermoplastic resin, thereby solidifying the thermoplastic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
