PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly gas cooking stove capable of suppressing blowing-off of flames when using a cooking stove burner by minimum fire power.SOLUTION: A gas cooking stove includes control means executing manual operation fire power control by driving fire power adjustment means on the basis of a signal output from a signal output section by a manual operation of an operation section for a fire power instruction so as to adjust fire power of a cooking stove burner to set maximum fire power set in advance, set minimum fire power set in advance and intermediate fire power of a plurality of stages set between the set maximum fire power and the set minimum fire power. When a minimum fire power increase mode is instructed in the gas cooking stove, increase time manual operation fire power control is executed by driving the fire power adjustment means on the basis of the signal so as to adjust the fire power of the cooking stove burner to the set maximum fire power, increased minimum fire power larger than the set minimum fire power and intermediate fire power after the increase of a plurality of stages which are set between the set maximum fire power and the increased minimum fire power. |
